Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results- driven Export Sales Representative ( Chinese Speaking) to expand our business in the furniture manufacturing sector. The role focuses on developing relationships with foreign- invested furniture manufacturers exporting to the US, Europe, Australia, and other international markets.You will manage customers from early development stages through mass production, collaborate closely with internal teams in Vietnam and Austria, and contribute to strategic sales growth through market insights and structured sales planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop new customers, primarily foreign- invested furniture manufacturers.
- Coordinate and communicate daily with internal teams and colleagues in Vietnam and
- Promote current and future product portfolios to customers
- Expand and grow business with both existing and potential customers
- Handle customer inquiries and manage accounts from development stage to production
Austria to ensure highly responsive service delivery
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate tracking of activities and performance
- Provide regular market updates, customer feedback, and competitor insights
- Actively network with professionals in the furniture and related industries
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen long- term relationships with customers
- Travel daily to customer locations, mainly in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An, and other provinces as required.
- Develop sales planning and rolling sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in B2B or industrial/manufacturing
sectors
- Strong sales skills, with experience in value- based selling
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship- building skills
- Strong Chinese comprehension required
- Strong product presentation and customer engagement abilities
- Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, reporting tools)
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work with highly demanding customers and manage multiple priorities
