Understand export processes and customs procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Negotiate and sign contracts, track order progress and ensure on- time delivery.
Manage, maintain, and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long- term cooperation and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the finance team to manage receivables and ensure timely payments from clients.
Identify business opportunities, potential customers through various channel (online research, industry events, trade shows, networking) and expand export markets, deep dive into specific potential regions.
Work closely with the logistics team to optimize transportation and control logistics costs.
Yêu cầu công việc
· Strong negotiation and problem- solving skills.
· Self- driven, goal- oriented, customer- focused mindset and able to perform under pressure.
· At least 1- 3 years in export sales, strong sales expertise and vendor resource management. Experiences in flexible packaging is plus.
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
· Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
