• Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect, or take a message
• Handle general enquiries
• Handle all related jobs in the Department
• Maintain general filing systems
• Prepare files, reports, correspondence, and other relevant business documentation
• Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co- operate with them
• Take dictation of correspondence as required
• Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
• Demonstrate essential overall knowledge of the organization
• Arrange appointments and meetings
• Open and sort mail
• Access and use work processing computer packages and keep up to date with enhancements to latest upgrades

Required Skills:
• Good communication and writing skills
• Tasks and Project Management
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Business or Secretarial Studies
Experience:
• 1 year of secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
