F&B Attendant (The Muse ) / Nhân Viên Phục Vụ

Maintain proper handling and storage of beverages, ingredients, and bar equipment.
Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests at the bar area.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages according to the hotel’s standards and recipes.
Assist with bar opening and closing procedures, including cash handling when required.
Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or breakages to the supervisor.
Take orders accurately and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure the bar area is clean, well- organized, and fully stocked at all times.
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the bar.
Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations in accordance with hotel standards.

Experience working in a luxury hotel or upscale bar is an advantage.
Experience in preparing and serving beverages, including basic cocktails, wines, and spirits.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a hotel, bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
