F&B Attendant

Identify guest needs and preferences and ensure personalized service.
Support inventory control and replenishment of supplies.
Service Delivery
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
Report guest feedback and operational issues to supervisors.
Ensure responsible handling of food, beverages, and hotel property.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and readiness before and during service.
Handle billing procedures accurately using the POS system.
Operations & Support
Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
Comply with hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety regulations.
Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Assist with clearing tables, polishing cutlery, glassware, and chinaware.
Compliance & Safety
Provide attentive, friendly, and timely service to all guests.
Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
Assist in setting up buffets, events, and special functions as required.
Guest Experience
Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
Follow opening and closing procedures strictly.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic English communication preferred.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in F&B service is an advantage; experience in hotels is preferred.
