F&B Manager A-la Carte Restaurants

Collaborate with Culinary team on menu planning, pricing, and promotions
Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower efficiently based on business levels
Monitor sales performance, guest feedback, and market trends to drive business strategies
Prepare reports, forecasts, and action plans to achieve financial and operational targets
Maximize revenue, average check, and overall outlet profitability
Maintain and enforce brand standards, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety regulations (HACCP)
Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution with a professional approach
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and health & safety regulations
Oversee daily operations of all A- la- carte restaurants, ensuring smooth service and high- quality guest experience
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency across all outlets
Control costs including food, beverage, labor, and minimize waste and breakage
Lead, train, and develop restaurant teams to ensure high performance and service excellence

Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Food & Beverage, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role within A- la- carte restaurants in a 4–5 star hotel or resort
Strong leadership and team management skills
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and hygiene practices
Good financial awareness with experience in budgeting and cost control
Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
Proactive, detail- oriented, and service- driven mindset
