F&B Sales Manager

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, agencies, and individual customers.
Monitor revenue performance, analyze market trends and competitors, and propose sales improvement solutions.
Manage, train, and support the F&B sales team (if applicable).
Prepare sales plans, proposals, quotations, contracts, and follow up on execution.
Prepare periodic sales and revenue reports for Management.
Develop and implement sales strategies for F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, events, catering, etc.).
Coordinate with F&B operation, kitchen, and marketing teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship- building skills.
Knowledge of F&B market, corporate clients, and MICE segment is an advantage.
Proactive, result- oriented, and able to work under sales pressure.
At least 2–3 years of experience in Sales role within hotel, restaurant, or F&B industry.
Good command of spoken and written English (mandatory).
College/University degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
