Ensure efficient delivery of service to the guest according to pre- determined standards and specification.
This role provides operational support to the Assistant Restaurant Manager & Restaurant Manager and coordinates all service delivery details with their superior.

• Hands- on approach to all operational aspects
• Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage
• Self- motivated, Strong Initiative, Creative and innovative

- 02 months of probation with full salary and social insurance;
