F&B Teamlead

Take orders, serve food & beverages, and engage with guests professionally
Support the F&B Supervisor in daily restaurant and bar operations
Lead and assist team members during shifts to ensure smooth service
Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints promptly
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of the outlet
Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for efficient operations
Assist in training new staff and maintaining team performance

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in hotels/resorts
Basic leadership and problem- solving abilities
Diploma in Hospitality, F&B, or related field preferred
Good command of spoken English
Good communication and teamwork skills
