F&B Trainee - Thực tập sinh Ẩm thực

• Manages time effectively by meeting deadlines on time.
• Inspects tables in assigned station for cleanliness, serviceability and correct set- up.
• Arrange any buffet tables with clean linen and skirt.
• Communicates effectively with guests, subordinates, immediate supervisors and other section heads.
• Provides assistance to the staff when required during peak periods.
• Acknowledges and screens daily work schedule.
• Checks and, if necessary, replenishes side- station with sufficient equipment to ensure smooth service, within the station.
• Communicates to guest in delivering product and service.
• Maintains grooming standards for all personnel
• Checks and cleans menus, beverage lists.
• Reports to the Restaurant Manager or F&B Outlet Manager/Director.
• Identifies and solves problems in a professional manner.

During the internship period, Lotte Hotel Hanoi will provide the following basic support:
- Internship allowance: VND 1,900,000/month (paid at the end of each month via Viettel Money).
The allowance will be granted upon fulfillment of the following requirements:
Full attendance in accordance with the standard working schedule of the month (Monday to half- day Saturday for operational positions, or Monday to Friday for administrative positions);
Successful completion of the online knowledge and skills tests assigned by the HR Department, with an average score of 50% or above.
- Uniforms: Hotel provides uniforms with daily laundry service.
- Outstanding interns: Interns selected by the department for exceptional performance will receive a certificate of merit & an opportunity to experience hotel services (buffet lunch voucher for 2 people plus a bakery voucher, total value VND 2,000,000). A thank- you letter will also be sent to the school.
- Post- internship opportunities: Chance to become a full- time employee with full benefits according to the group’s policies & labor law, based on personal aspirations and job requirements.
- Internship certificate: Issued by Lotte Hotel Hanoi.
- Meals: Provided according to working shifts at the hotel canteen.
- Training content: Training according to international 5- star hotel service standards.
