Fabric Sales

Attend EXH, meeting with customers
Working time: 8:00 ~ 17:00 from Mon to Fri, 8:00 ~ 12:00 Sat

Handle after- sales issues, customer claims, and follow- up actions
Confirm finished quantity, quality, and goods- ready status
Track production progress and coordinate with factories and QC
Manage orders from confirmation to shipment handover
Communicate with forwarders, factories, customers, and internal teams
Coordinate shipment booking, documentation, and on- time delivery
Maintain records and provide feedback for process and quality improvement
Identify and report production or delivery risks in a timely manner

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Have a minimum of 1 year of experiences as a Sales in Knit Fabric or related products
Business level English for both oral and written
Have excellent negotiation skills, strong personality, communication, and interpersonal skills
Prefer Chinese speaking ability as well
