FACILITIES SUPERVISOR (ENGINEER)

Maintenance Planning and Execution:

Troubleshoot and resolve facilities technical issues in areas such as electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, fire safety, landscape, water supplies and structure
Manage and implement facilities maintenance schedules and routine inspections
Proactive propose improving and enhancement project
Ensure facility tasks completes on time, complying with safety regulations and company policies

Coordination and Supervision:

Collaborate with departments, contractors, and consultants to address technical issues
Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery

Documentation and Improvement:

Prepare technical reports and monitor equipment performance
Participate in safety meetings, risk management, and improvement discussions
Develop and refine forms, checklists, and procedures for daily inspections and maintenance tracking

Relationship Management:

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and regulations
Build strong relationships with departments and stakeholders
Support ad- hoc tasks and urgent matters as assigned by management

Safety and Compliance:

Implement risk assessments for the department and participate in safety meetings, 6S, and improvement discussions
Ensure compliance with fire safety and workplace safety regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure all tasks comply with safety protocols and company policies

Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in MS. Office and analysis tools
Working place: Crystal Elegance Textiles Viet Nam (Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam)
Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Major/Subject: Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Maintenance, or a related field
Technical Skills: Contructions, Facility, HAVC, HSE, Boiler, Chiller,...
Languages: Fluency in English or Chinese is a plus
Years of Work Experience: 5 years of hands- on experience in Facilities, and 5 years in Supervisor position
