Facility Senior Supervisor

Maintenance & Operation WorkTo upkeep and maintain all factory’s facilities and property. Such as: Utility system, MEP system, Building;To control and manage all spare parts inventory list, purchases and stock up;Develop and monitor the Planned Preventative Maintenance program;Manage receiving work requests, assigning work orders;Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.To prepare all reports to top management.Leading Technician Team: Supervise and train maintenance teamCustomer Services: Develop and maintain relationships with other stakeholdersRegulation and HSE on Site:Ensures safety standards, a property risk management program;To manage periodic equipment maintenance, ensure all licenses are valid and maintenance records are proper keep;Ensure building maintenance standard meet authority requirement;Contractor Management:To source and manage vendors for factory’s equipmentWork with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks;Conduct instructional briefings on inspection of premises to appointed contractor.

Education: College Degree above with major in Facility Management, Construction Management, MEP Engineering, Electrical or related;Experience: Over 3 years&039;s experience working within Facilities, preferably in manufacturing or large corporations in developed countries;Language: Fluency in English, Chinese is a plus;General: Willing to travel, complete all reactive work in a timely manner, adapt quickly to a fast- moving environment and have strong project management skills.
