Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Promote and sell international freight services (ocean and air) to complement the company&039;s offerings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, and project cargo.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in local logistics services.
Customer Relationship Management:
Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase the company&039;s services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Provide feedback and recommendations to management on market conditions and customer needs.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, pricing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Coordinate with trucking partners, customs brokers, warehouse operators, and international freight service providers to meet customer requirements.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
