Field Supervisor

JOB IN SUMMARY
The primary focus of this role is to safeguard the organic integrity of our coconut supply chain. You will be responsible for mapping the journey of our products from the farm to the warehouse, ensuring every participant—from individual farmers to large co- operatives to production facility—adheres to strict organic standards and transparent documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Development: Facilitate research projects that align farmer prosperity with ecological health, ensuring long- term supply chain resilience.
Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager
Corrective Action: Identify non- compliance issues during field visits and work with farmers to implement immediate corrective measures to maintain their organic status.
Technical Reporting: Synthesize field data into clear, actionable reports for senior management, highlighting supply chain risks or community development progress.
Internal Audit Execution: Lead and document rigorous internal audits of suppliers and farmer groups to ensure 100% compliance with international organic standards (e.g., USDA Organic, EU, etc.)
Chain of Custody Management: Maintain an end- to- end traceability system to track organic coconuts from the farm gate through every stage of the supply chain.
Co- ordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to gather information for development projects
Researching trends: Keeping up with the latest sustainability programs, practices, and trends in the coconut industry
Audit Readiness: Prepare, organize, and maintain all "Organic System Plan" (OSP) documentation and traceability records to ensure compliance.

Knowledge of agriculture, experience in coconut farming is an advantage.
Good English language skills in writing & speaking.
Knowledge of Organic certification programs such as: EU & USDA/NOP Organic standards , Rainforest Alliance,… is an advantage.
