Film Distribution
- Local Project Investment & Development: Proactively source, build relationships (with directors, producers), and manage investments in potential local film projects.
- Hold primary responsibility for the strategy and performance of the Film Distribution division.
- Release Strategy: Plan and execute the overall distribution strategy for all acquired and invested films, including roadmaps for both domestic and international release (where applicable).
- Film Acquisition: Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation for the acquisition of international films for distribution in the local market.
Cinema Programming (Exhibition)
- Hold primary responsibility for the strategy and performance of the Programming division for the entire cinema chain.
- Analysis & Optimization: Closely monitor and analyze daily box office data for the cinemas to make timely programming adjustments.
- Overall Slate Management: Directly manage, approve, and optimize the weekly film schedule for the entire cinema network.
- Scheduling: Decide on the film selection and showtime allocation for all films currently in the market (including both in- house distributed titles and films from other distributors) to optimize occupancy and revenue.
General Management
- Marketing Consultation: Act as a senior advisor, providing direction to the marketing team on promotion strategies for individual films and for the cinema chain.
- Partner Management: Negotiate and maintain strategic relationships with other distributors (to secure content for cinemas) and other cinema chains (to secure screens for distributed films).
- Project Lifecycle Consultation: Consult on and oversee the operational process of an invested film project, from setup, production, post- production, and marketing through to release and revenue collection.

* Working time: 8 am- 5 pm Mon- Fri

- Exceptional negotiation, strategic, and numerical/analytical skills.
- Solid knowledge of Film Marketing.
- An extensive network of contacts with producers, directors (local and international), distributors, and cinema chains.
- Bachelor&039;s degree
- Experience consulting on and operating the entire lifecycle of a film project (from setup to monetization).
- At least 8 years of senior management experience in the Film industry. (Must: hands- on experience in Film Distribution, Movie Production and Cinema Programming)
- English: Upper- Intermediate Level
- Mastery of cinema programming and scheduling, with a strong ability to analyze market data and audience behavior to optimize cinema revenue.
- Deep understanding and practical experience in negotiating international film acquisitions and investing in/developing local film projects.
