Job Summary
This position supports daily accounting and financial operations in a dynamic IT/startup environment, while assisting in tracking expenses and basic budget allocation across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and maintain financial data in accounting systems
- Monitor operational and project- related expenses
- Handle basic accounting tasks (payments, receipts, invoices, documentation)
- Support preparation of internal financial reports (monthly)
- Perform other finance/admin tasks as assigned
- Support preparation of tax documents and financial records
- Assist in tracking and allocating budgets for small projects
- Coordinate with external parties (banks, accounting services, tax agencies if required)
- Ensure compliance with basic Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations
Requirements
Must- have:
- Detail- oriented, honest, and responsible
- Basic Excel skills
- 1–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations
- Willing to learn, proactive, and hardworking
Preferred:
- Experience working in a Korean company
- Basic English communication skills
- Korean language is a plus
- Interest or exposure to IT/startup environment
