Accounting, Tax & Compliance

Liaise with tax and regulatory authorities to ensure timely reporting.
Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting, tax, and audit standards.
Manage payment accounts, banking relationships, and external audits.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
Provide financial insights to support pricing, investment, and cost control decisions.

Cash Management

Optimize bank and payment gateway utilization for efficiency and cost- effectiveness.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operations.
Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard cash and prevent risks.

Investor Relations

Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor communications.
Prepare financial updates and insights for current and potential investors.

Legal & Regulatory (Corporate Governance)

Review key contracts and monitor regulatory changes affecting business operations.
Ensure compliance with corporate, financial, and commercial regulations.
Maintain statutory filings and governance documentation.

Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Proactive, detail- oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment.
Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate cross- functionally and communicate financial concepts clearly to non- finance teams.
Familiarity with tax compliance, audit coordination, and interactions with banks or other financial institutions.
5- 7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, business planning, or FP&A; experience in e- commerce, retail, or technology companies is an advantage.
