Transmit information or documents.
Prepare letters, memos, and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distributing incoming mail. Create and maintain computer- and paper- based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
Coordinate tasks and work with other departments; serve as a departmental role model or mentor; assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.
Complete period- end closing procedures and reports as specified.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
