Finance Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION: This position plays a key role in financial control and data analysis, working closely with BOD, Sales and Operations teams. Your mission is to utilize data to support business decisions, optimize operations, and ensure financial health.
Business Partnering & Operational Analysis

Collaborate directly with Sales and Operations departments to analyze financial performance and operational efficiency.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business teams in achieving targets and optimizing costs.
Monitor and analyze key cost drivers to ensure alignment with the company&039;s financial goals.

Financial Reporting & Planning

Lead budgeting and forecasting process in coordination with business units.
Monthly Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports regarding the company’s performance (P&L analysis, variance analysis vs. Budget/Forecast).
Weekly Reporting: Prepare and analyze weekly operational and financial metrics.

Data Analysis & BOD Support

Data Utilization: Leverage data tools to build and maintain financial dashboards, ensuring accurate and real- time tracking of KPIs.
Propose solutions to improve data structure and reporting processes for better decision- making.
Board Support: Perform ad- hoc in- depth analysis and prepare strategic reports as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).

"Data- driven Mindset": Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable business insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or related fields.
3- 5 years of experience in similar roles (Finance Analyst, Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant).
Key skills (Must- have):
Data & Tools: Proficient in using Power BI.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad- hoc analysis.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non- finance stakeholders.
Preferred (Nice- to- have):
Experience working in Technology companies (SaaS/Tech) is a strong plus.
Knowledge or experience with Looker Studio or Metabase.
Holding or pursuing professional qualifications such as ACCA/CMA/CFA is an advantage.
