Finance Business Partner Analyst (Finance Fresher)

Role Objective
You will be a Finance BP Analyst — a Finance Fresher reporting directly to the Finance Business Partner Director. This role is ideal for fresh graduates in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics with strong logic, a love for numbers, and a desire to grow in Finance
You will:
- Receive hands- on training and mentoring from experienced finance professionals.
- Work alongside the Finance Business Partner teams
- Participate in financial data analysis, reporting, and decision- support activities.
Working Hours: Office hours Mon–Fri (full- time).
Key Responsibilities
- Propose ideas to improve report quality, automation, and data visualization.
- Build and update periodic reports
- Support business partner teams for analysis, evaluation aid for decision making
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze internal financial data.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Growth- minded, humble — and genuinely enjoy working with data.
- No extensive experience required — plus points for a learning mindset, and any finance projects, internships, or Management Trainee programs.
- Willing to learn tools like Power BI, Looker Studio/Google Data Studio, SQL, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
