Other ad- hoc duties.
Communicate with service providers, clients, or other stakeholders to troubleshoot invoices when needed.
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
Working hour: Monday- Friday, working from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Collect, categorize, update data and new information.
Input data into database systems combined with review and reconciliation to find deficiencies or errors, fix any incompatibilities, and check the output.
May need to periodically create reports based on the data system.

Ability to think logically and work independently.
Due to the nature of the work, accuracy and speed are the top criteria.
Comply with data integrity and security policies as well as keep the information confidential.
Age range 22- 36 years old.
Organization and time- management skills with an ability to stay focused on the assigned task.
Able to work well in a team.
Attention to detail and task management. You will have to work with a large number of invoices so being able to organize and prioritize tasks is a must.
IELTS 6.5+
Experience:
Basic office and data entry skills like fast typing with an eye for detail.
Proficient in office computer skills.
Good at English and especially writing skills as required to handle emails.
No experience is required, all members will receive training in a methodical, detailed, and dedicated way.
Experience in accounting and finance or graduation from related fields is an advantage.
