Finance Control Specialist - Costing Or PnL - Open for Fresher

We are opening 02 positions as below- fresher or having some experience are both welcome.
I/ Business Control Specialist- Profit & Loss:
Making reports to headquarter or other requesters both urgently and periodically: GR report, factory general report…
Making reports to headquarter or other requesters both urgently and periodically: P&L report, cost analysis report factory general report.
Monitoring AR and daily/ weekly/ monthly sales. Responsible for forecast report and backlog analysis.
Develop and maintain internal control processes / procedures for factory’s operations.
Develop and maintain internal control processes / procedures for factory’s operations
Support other teams on checking and making price for quotation or any relevant calculation of projects
II/ Business Control Specialist- Costing & MVA:
Develop and maintain internal control processes / procedures for factory’s operations
Support other teams on checking and making price for quotation or any relevant calculation of projects
Making reports to headquarter or other requesters both urgently and periodically: GR report, factory general report…
Other required request by the supervisors
Control raw material payment process in Hanoi factory’ stage: invoice verification. Co- work with relevant team to solve related issues
Calculate and analyze MVA Cost and BOM costs by comparing these data between actual and standard. Visualize the abnormal scenarios and co- work with other teams to improve

Educational background: Bachelor degree of Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
Experiences:
- Fresher: No experience required
- Experienced: 3- 5 years in similar position in a manufacturing company.
Skills:
• It is preferred to be with SAP working experiences.
• Ability to work under high pressure and fast pace.
• Soft skills such as team work, independent working skill.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Good at English.
