Finance Manager

Oversee daily finance operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and local regulations
Manage month- end closing, financial statements, and compliance with accounting standards
Monitor and drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
Lead, train, and develop the finance team
Support audits, tax matters, and reporting requirements
Partner with department heads to provide financial guidance and cost control measures

Detail- oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and provide clear insights
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and financial systems
Excellent problem- solving and decision- making skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
