FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS SPECIALIST

* SAP System follow up- Track and manage CI list (continuous improvement) to ensure timely updates and alignment with business needs. for the entire Fabric Division;- Organize and support User Acceptance Testing for SAP system changes;- Develop and maintain reports such as inventory and variance reports based on SAP data.* Factory Performance analysis- Analyze monthly production reports and factory cost breakdowns, including in- house expenses and subcontracting costs;- Perform what if analysis to support operational decision making;- Work closely with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable improvements for better performance.* Ad hoc Projects- Create ad- hoc financial analysis by business requirement;- Additional duties as assignment.* Working address: Binh Chuan Production Area, Thuan Giao, HCMC (Old address: Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan, Thuan An, Binh Duong)

- Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in major: Finance, Accounting, Auditing or related. CPA/ ACCA qualifications are a plus.- Experience: From 2 years of experience in financial analysis position, Garment and/ or Fabrics experience highly desirable;- Language: Fluency in English and/ or Chinese;- Technical Skills: ​+ Strong proficiency in data processing and Microsoft Office, especially Excel;​+SAP experience;​+Experience with Power BI is a plus.- Others: Good interpersonal skills, independent, trustworthy & timely task completion orientation
