Daily allocate the work assignments to staff.
Ensure that all assigned hotel rooms and apartments are cleaned and completed with standard amenities.
Follow up maintenance needs and damages in all assigned areas.
Ensure guests&039; complaints are promptly solved.
Perform other duties and special projects assigned by Department Head.

Proven work experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Office administrative skills.
Good communication in English.
Proactive, detail- oriented, careful, confidential and compliant.

Provide 24/24 accident insurance during the whole contract period with the hotel.
