Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, event team)

Design and arrange floral decorations for resort areas (lobby, guest rooms, restaurants, spa, etc.)
Quản lý số lượng hoa, vật tư và đặt hàng khi cần thiết
Bảo quản và thay mới hoa định kỳ để đảm bảo luôn tươi và đẹp
Develop floral concepts based on seasons, events, or resort themes
Đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn thẩm mỹ cao cấp phù hợp với hình ảnh của resort
Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, and place orders when needed
Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác (housekeeping, F&B, event team)
Thiết kế và cắm hoa trang trí cho các khu vực trong resort (sảnh, phòng khách, nhà hàng, spa,...)
Maintain and replace flowers regularly to ensure freshness and quality
Lên ý tưởng và thay đổi concept hoa theo mùa, sự kiện hoặc chủ đề của resort
Provide floral arrangements for resort events (weddings, conferences, parties, etc.)

Tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận và có trách nhiệm trong công việc
Có gu thẩm mỹ tốt, sáng tạo trong thiết kế hoa
Hiểu biết về các loại hoa, cách bảo quản và chăm sóc hoa
Sức khỏe tốt, có thể làm việc linh hoạt theo ca
Good aesthetic sense and creativity in floral design
Teamwork skills and ability to coordinate with other departments
Có kinh nghiệm cắm hoa hoặc làm việc tại shop hoa/resort là lợi thế
Experience in flower arrangement or working at a flower shop/resort is an advantage
Knowledge of different types of flowers and how to care for and preserve them

Good health and willingness to work flexible shifts

Two meals per working day.
