Lập kế hoạch đặt hoa theo tuần/tháng; phối hợp nhà cung cấp đảm bảo chất lượng, đúng thời gian và đúng ngân sách.Plan weekly/monthly orders; coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery and budget control.
Thực hiện hoa cho sự kiện/banquet/wedding: bouquet, centerpiece, backdrop/arch (phần hoa), corsage, boutonniere… theo yêu cầu.Deliver event/banquet/wedding florals: bouquets, centerpieces, (floral) backdrops/arches, corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
Duy trì vệ sinh khu vực làm việc, dụng cụ cắm hoa; tuân thủ an toàn lao động và quy định xử lý rác thải.Maintain cleanliness of the work area and tools; comply with safety and waste disposal procedures.
Tiếp nhận yêu cầu từ các bộ phận/khách hàng; tư vấn concept, màu sắc, số lượng và ngân sách phù hợp.Receive requests from departments/clients; consult on concepts, colors, quantities and suitable budgets.
Quản lý tồn kho hoa và vật tư: nhập hàng, phân loại, bảo quản (kho mát), kiểm soát chất lượng, hạn dùng và hao hụt.Manage floral inventory and supplies: receiving, sorting, cold storage, quality control, shelf- life and wastage.
Thực hiện báo cáo theo phân công: tiêu hao, tồn kho, chi phí hoa theo sự kiện/tháng; đề xuất tối ưu.Prepare assigned reports: usage, inventory and floral costs by event/month; propose optimizations.
Thiết kế, cắm và chăm sóc hoa cho các khu vực khách sạn: sảnh, nhà hàng, phòng khách, spa, phòng họp… theo tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu.Design, arrange and maintain floral displays for hotel areas: lobby, restaurants, guestrooms, spa and meeting rooms per brand standards.
Hỗ trợ set- up/tear- down hoa tại hiện trường sự kiện; đảm bảo đúng layout, timeline và tiêu chuẩn trình bày.Support on- site floral set- up/tear- down for events; ensure correct layout, timing and presentation standards.

Có khả năng làm việc theo deadline, linh hoạt giờ làm khi có sự kiện (sáng sớm/đêm muộn).Able to work under deadlines; flexible hours for events (early/late).
Biết quản lý vật tư/tồn kho; có kinh nghiệm làm việc với nhà cung cấp là lợi thế.Able to manage supplies/inventory; supplier management experience is a plus.
Khéo tay, cẩn thận, chịu được áp lực; tinh thần hợp tác và trách nhiệm cao.Skillful, detail- oriented and able to work under pressure; responsible and cooperative.
Tối thiểu 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm Florist/Floral Designer; ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm khách sạn/resort hoặc event/wedding.Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Florist/Floral Designer; hotel/resort or event/wedding experience preferred.
Hiểu cách chăm sóc và bảo quản hoa; kiểm soát chất lượng và hao hụt tốt.Knowledge of flower care and preservation; strong quality and wastage control.
Có gu thẩm mỹ tốt, nắm kỹ thuật cắm hoa cơ bản–nâng cao; biết phối màu và bố cục.Strong aesthetic sense with solid floral arranging skills; good color matching and composition.
