[FMCG] Key Account Executive (Minimart & CVS)

Main Purpose:
Responsible for being a single point of contact for all sales planning related aspects within assigned customers, ensure revenue & profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution.
Main Responsibilities:
Achievement of Targets/KPIs
Work closely & effectively with KA Operation teams to monitor weekly/monthly volume
Tracking order progress of POs with LWD team, checking pending orders/Delivery plans, pushing sales in/out.
Discuss with customers about the monthly/ yearly plan to ensure achieving Target/KPIs
Develop customer plans to meet KPIs for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Strenghthen & develop customer business relationship
Negotiate with customer for customized plan to win in market place (forward stock/ promotion/ visibility booking/ inventory)
Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Budget Spending,Trade policy, Trade Terms
Build proper proposals for effectively visibility/ branding/ display by account to enhance brand image & gain share
Working closely with marketing/ trade marketing team to develop full year plan for account development
Half year business review with key customers/ Annual business review with small customers. Work with customers on specific Joint business plans. Analyze/ review customers&039; volume/ margin
Monitor performance & provide pre & post excecution eveluation of MKT event/ campaign
Develop & win new business
Identify & approach new business opportunities: new product listing/ new distribution/ new customers

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience:
Must have experience in key account management for Minimart & CVS channels.
3- 4 years of Key Account Planning experience in FMCG companies, especially for Food & Beverage products.
Work- related skills:
Customer business analysis/management, Trade Category/ Channel, Program execution management, Direct sales.
Technical Skills:
Good at Excel/Word/Powerpoint, understand & could work with system (DMS/ SAP)
Soft skills:
Good communication, negotiation, can handle multi- tasks and ad- hoc issues
Good skill of Analysis & Planning and problem solving
Quick learning & able to adapt with changes
Hard working, can work under high pressure & having teamwork spirit
Other Requirements:
Advanced level of English for communication, presentations, and reports.
