[FMCG] Trade Marketing Executive (GT & On-premise)

Supports the execution of Trade Marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales at the point of purchase through effective in- store activation, merchandising, and promotional activities.
I/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support channel execution: Assist in implementing channel- specific activation playbooks for On- Premise and GT channel.
Execute customer business plans: Support Sales and Key Account teams in implementing trade plans and customer AOP activities.
Data collection & reporting: Collect off- take data, shopper insights, and post- activity results; support monthly trade program evaluation.
Market execution monitoring: Conduct regular market visits to monitor Availability, Space, Merchandising, Quality and Price (ASMPQ).
Promotion & Activation Execution: Deploy promotional calendars, in- store activations, ASMPQ visibility standards, and POSM materials.
Monitor customer performance: Track in- store execution, collect data on promotion effectiveness and provide input for performance review.

Education
BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
2–3 years of experience as a Trade Marketing Executive, with hands- on experience in GT, On- premise, and B2B channels, especially for Food & Beverage products.
