FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR

Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in- room dining
Collaborate with Executive Chef and other departments to enhance guest experience
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profit targets
Manage budgets, cost control, and inventory effectively
Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team
Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar role in hotels or resorts
Proven track record in driving revenue and managing costs
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of F&B trends and service standards
Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
