- Prepare and present monthly performance reports and action plans to senior management.
- Develop and implement annual business plans, budgets, and revenue strategies for the F&B division.
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with the resort&039;s standards, policies, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure efficient scheduling and workforce planning to meet business demands.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost control.
- Other duties.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through promotions, upselling initiatives, special events, and innovative dining concepts.
- Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef and other department heads to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage Food Cost, Beverage Cost, Labor Cost, and operating expenses in line with budget targets.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets, banquets, and large- scale F&B operations.
- Pre- opening experience is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience in an international hotel or resort environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager position.
