• Conduct regular quality audits and service evaluations.
• Ensure food quality, beverage standards, service procedures, and operational consistency.
• Develop budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate between Kitchen, Restaurant, Bar, and Banquet for smooth operations.
• Build a positive and motivating working environment.
• Ensure outstanding guest experience across all F&B outlets.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Analyze P&L, implement upselling strategies, and maximize outlet profitability.
• Address and resolve guest complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and fire safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop F&B staff.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Bar Manager on menu engineering.
• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets.
• Manage scheduling and manpower planning.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 4–6 years of F&B management experience in 4–5 star hotels/resorts.
• College/University degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management.
• Deep knowledge of F&B trends, wine service, and service standards.
• Good command of English (spoken & written).
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost management.
• Experience in multi- outlet operation management is an advantage.
