Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues, and strive to continuously improve the overall experience for guests to the highest standards;
Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes;
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability;
Manage the day- to- day operations, develop menus, purchase supplies, train and supervise staffs;
Monitor the quality of the product and service provided, and take action to improve any shortcomings;
Manage budgets and financial plans and control costs;
Yêu cầu công việc
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices;
Guest- oriented and service- minded.
02- year working experience at the same position in hospitality industry;
BA degree with related fields;
Good English communication both in written and verbal;
