Footwear Costing Analyst Iii (Fluent English) ~ 35 - 50 Mill VND [27197 - Hai Phong / HCM]

• Monitor and review reports to detect, assess, and identify issues, and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Work closely with cross- functional teams at HQ to support the company in achieving margin targets.
• Lead seasonal price negotiations with factories and suppliers for LOP, usages, component costs, and process costs.
• Actively engage with design, development, dev- com, material, and production teams to drive a collaborative process that optimizes product costs based on performance goals.
• Manage and deliver pricing according to each brand’s critical path and margin requirements.
• Build strong partnerships with factories and Business Units (BUs); establish performance benchmarks, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with teams for implementation.
* Working time: 80- 170 Mon- Fri

• High work ethics and strong sense of ownership.
• Strong system skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Experienced with footwear constructions and production processes.
• Strong business mindset, analytical ability, and reporting skills.
• More than 5 years of footwear costing experience.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
