Footwear QC Inspector (Fluent English) ~ 24 - 28 Mill Vnd [26929 - Ha Nam]

- 20% – Final Inspection
Conduct and take responsibility for final inspection of finished goods. Perform joint inspections with CFQCs for first production orders and second- level inspections according to quality guidelines.
- 10% – Process & Material Control
Lead the implementation of in- process production controls, incoming material quality control (IMQC), and finished goods storage quality assurance. Coordinate T4 trials and COVA setup.
- 10% – Production Monitoring
Check and monitor daily production order status, collaborating with production leadership to resolve issues affecting delivery timelines.
- 10% – Production Coordination
Assist Deckers Production Manager and Dev- com team to ensure timely and proper execution of T4 trials and availability of COVAs.
- 15% – Quality & Productivity Improvement
Lead factory teams in implementing improvement programs such as QIP, Lean Production, and Kaizen, and provide on- site support for special projects.
- 10% – Lab & Compliance Monitoring
Monitor materials testing and FST Lab audits; support RS Compliance (CPSIA, restricted substance testing).
- 5% – ESC Compliance
Provide on- site assistance to the ESC team in monitoring compliance with ESC production standards.
- 5% – Product Security & Other Tasks
Assist in monitoring product security compliance when required and perform other quality- related tasks as assigned.
* Working time: 80- 170 Mon- Fri

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable footwear company, in areas such as production, commercialization, development, or quality control.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Age: 28- 40
- At least 3 years of college education or a graduate from a footwear technical school.
- Good product sense with strong abstract and color recognition skills.
- High moral integrity and honesty (non- corruptible).
- Basic knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes and inspection.
