• You will participate in projects that are operating globally.
• Have the opportunity to work, analyze and evaluate product requirements with project management experts and a team of experienced programmers

• Support and perform tasks assigned by Leader and PM in the project.

• University graduate (no technology background required)
• Office computer skills (MS Office, Email, Outlook)
• Proficiently use the 4 skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing (or equivalent to IELTS 6.5)
• Responsible, result- oriented, able to work under high pressure and on multiple tasks
• Good communication skills and work ethic

• Receive thorough training with a clear roadmap, through 2 stages:
- Direct training 1 on 1 with Trainer on real project (6 weeks)
- Theoretical training: from basic knowledge, ensuring students have a solid grasp of basic knowledge about Tester/QA (2 weeks)
• Have opportunities to communicate and work directly with US, UK, Singapore customers
• Parties every month, presents for wedding, birthday...
• Annual summer company trip, 13th month salary...
• Starting salary when officially promoted (after 2 months of training) is from 4- 6 million/month
