Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and correspondence.
Maintain current knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and promotions.
Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally while anticipating their needs.
Process payments and manage cash transactions with high precision.
Uphold high standards of personal presentation and follow hotel policies.
Resolve guest complaints effectively and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
Warmly greet guests and manage efficient check- in and check- out processes.
Yêu cầu công việc
Familiarity with the Phu Quoc area and local attractions is an advantage.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in hotel management software and booking systems.
Minimum 2 years of Front Desk experience in a high- volume luxury hotel or resort.
High School Diploma; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
Strong multitasking and problem- solving skills under pressure.
Fluency in Vietnamese is essential, alongside excellent English communication skills.
