Generate regular operational reports and present to management.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Lead, train, and evaluate front office staff to maintain high service standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk area.
Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor room availability, occupancy rates, and revenue reports to optimize performance.
Supervise and coordinate daily front office activities including check- in/check- out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Yêu cầu công việc
Professional appearance and customer- oriented mindset.
Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera,...) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role at a 5- star hotel.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
