Drive upselling, VIPs , guest data and loyalty programs.
Perform any other duties.
Develop high quality relationship with guest.
Supports, trains, supervises Front Office: Guest Relation, Cashier, Club Lounge, Concierge team
Supervise the FO team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue
Monitor front office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention.
Conforms to and enforce policies and procedures as laid down by ACCOR and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
Ensures that the guest journey runs smoothly and timely

Proven working experience as an FOM or relevant experience.
Professional appearance and able to work under pressure
Strong leadership skills
Anticipation in organization efficiency
Required language(s): Fluent in Vietnamese and English (additional language will be an advantage)
Able to manage the operation, provide training and procedure
Remain positive, focus and creative
Have strong ability to handle and drive Guest experience
Excellent knowledge of Guest service, Opera system
Fluent in English both written and oral
Ability to multi- task and work in a high- volume atmosphere.
Excellent problem- solving ,interpersonal and communication skills
