Take responsibility for guest satisfaction issues, ensuring timely follow- up.
Foster a professional and cooperative working relationship within the Front Office and with other departments.
Update daily guest movements for management accurately.
Maximize revenue through up- selling rooms and additional services.
Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries proactively, providing attentive service and suggesting alternatives to enhance their experience.
Maintain knowledge of all resort services, facilities, villa types, rates, and promotions.
Accurately prepare daily memos and complete all administrative tasks.
Assist with guest check- out and support GEMs during check- in when needed.
Efficiently manage cash and credit card transactions, ensuring the security of guest details.
Represent the hotel politely and professionally, ensuring all actions are ethical and compliant with local laws.
Adhere to grooming standards, maintain high personal hygiene, and ensure professional conduct.
Serve as an airport representative when required.
Yêu cầu công việc
Quick and proficient in office computer skills.
Always eager to learn and absorb new knowledge with a positive attitude.
Able to work under pressure and handle detailed tasks.
Good English communication skills.
Highly responsible and honest.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
