Responsibilities
At Topicus Vietnam, we build software that redefines what’s possible in banking via our FinTech brand Akkuro. We are on a mission to transform financial services through technology that creates meaningful impact for banks and their customers worldwide. We are leading the charge in Agentic Banking, a new paradigm where banks evolve into ecosystems of intelligent, autonomous agents delivering personalized, proactive and seamless financial experiences. We’re looking for curious, driven CMS developer who wants to join our marketing team to shape the future with us!

Take ownership of our website development and maintenance.
Build, customize, and optimize modules, templates and themes within HubSpot CMS.
Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams to translate strategic and creative needs into scalable web solutions.
Enhance the website as a key extension of our brand and as a driver for campaigns and customer interactions.
Continuously improve the website’s usability, performance, and responsiveness to meet evolving needs.
Develop new components, features and integrations as needed, aligned with business goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have

Comfortable collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams.
Strong front- end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript with 3- 5 years of experience.
Familiarity with responsive, mobile- first design and UI/UX best practices.
Proactive and self- driven mindset — able to take ownership of website development and improvements.
Ability to build and customize templates, themes, and modules.
Strong English communication skills and a team- oriented attitude.

Nice to have

Familiarity with HubSpot APIs, marketing automation, or analytics tools.
Previous experience with HubSpot CMS and its development tools.
Understanding of accessibility standards and web compliance.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization.
Affinity with the FinTech domain and interest in user- centered digital experiences.
