Full Stack Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building and shipping core product features, collaborating with cross- functional teams, and helping shape both our technology and engineering culture. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about writing clean, scalable code and enjoys mentoring others while working in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Assist in release planning, deployment, and post- release analysis
• Mentor junior team members through pairing, guidance, and ongoing support
• Write clean, maintainable, and well- documented code using modern frameworks
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user- centric solutions
• Develop, test, and deploy core product features from design through production
• Engage in technical discussions and contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (React) and Python or comparable full- stack technologies
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
• Experience working with Git- based workflows and asynchronous collaboration tools
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Ability to write tests and debug across the web stack
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership
• Experience building B2B or SaaS products
• Prior experience working or studying in the United States, or with international work experience
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and test automation
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Docker)
