Vision Mentors provides students with guidance in school curricula, academic English proficiency for competitions and tests, weekly time management, skill building, physical exercises, and fun activities. Mentors are responsible for assisting in academic guidance to reach target grades/scores for each semester and year. For students who have low English fluency, the main goal will be to increase overall English foundational skills: vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, essay writing, and speaking. For fluent English speakers, mentors will guide students to reach higher academic and professional goals.
Location and Schedule:
● Working hours: 1:00 PM- 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday), 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM (Saturday- flexible)
● Ciputra Campus: Shophouse A26, Sunshine City, Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Phase 2), Phu Thuong Ward, Hanoi.
● The schedule may change during spring, fall, summer, and winter breaks.
Responsibilities:
Classroom Coordination
● Work with both parents and teachers to arrange class schedules and let them know about any changes.
● Keep track of student progress and work with teachers to support learning.
● Share updates about student progress with parents regularly (sending daily recap and monthly report card)
● Supervise students during break times or between classes.
● Inform teachers about the teaching materials and remind them to set up the classroom equipment before lessons.
Administrative Support
● Maintain accurate and up- to- date student records, ensuring confidentiality.
● Maintain classroom readiness and manage supplies (stationery, teaching aids, refreshments for staff).
● Assist with data entry, document management, and preparation of academic materials.
● Support the organization of internal meetings, workshops, seminars, and parent- teacher conferences.
Front Desk & Operations
● Check students in and out, take attendance, and guide them to the correct classrooms.
● Help with the registration and enrollment of new students.
● Keep the reception area clean and organized.
● Always be present at the front desk to greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional way.
Customer Service & Consultation
● Give advice on courses based on each student’s needs and level.
● Arrange placement or diagnostic tests and book consultation times for new students who contact for class
● Answer phone calls, emails, and messages (KakaoTalk, Zalo), and help with any questions or direct them to the right person.
● Build and maintain good relationships with students and their families.
● Respond to customer questions or concerns and pass on any serious issues to the right team.
Additional Tasks● Perform other duties as assigned by the management team to support academic and operational needs.
