Full-Time Kitchen Operations Executive

Responsible for supporting overall kitchen operations, ensuring product quality, developing new items, and coordinating with relevant departments to maintain smooth day- to- day kitchen workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development (R&D)

Test, improve, and finalize recipes to meet brand standards.
Conduct research and development for new products.

SOP Preparation & Operations Management

Ensure all operational procedures are followed consistently.
Oversee and support operational delivery for all products.
Prepare SOPs for new products, production processes, and kitchen operations.

Purchasing Coordination

Work closely with the Director on purchasing activities, including sourcing and evaluating suppliers.
Monitor inventory usage and ensure timely ordering of materials.

Order Preparation Support

Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all outgoing kitchen products.
Assist in the preparation and fulfilment of daily orders when required.

Roster Planning

Plan and manage staff roster to ensure adequate manpower for kitchen operations.

Requirements

Ability to work independently, follow SOPs, and coordinate with multiple teams.
Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen operations, food production, or related fields.
Working Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (based on assigned shift)
Strong communication skills with the ability to write/read/listen in English/Chinese.
Must be available to work one weekend day per week as part of the operational schedule.
