Fullstack Developer (Good English)

Enhance system performance, ensure platform stability, and respond to operational issues
Perform Java- based full- stack development, covering both back- end and front- end components
Collaborate and communicate with global development and operations teams
Design and develop Digital Distribution Channels (Web / Mobile) for insurance services
Integrate with internal and external systems (Core Insurance, Payment, CRM, APIs, etc.)
Adhere to development standards, security policies, and financial industry regulatory requirements.
Implement end- to- end digital channel functionalities, including online insurance enrollment, quotation, policy application, payment, and customer management

5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack development.
Proficiency in either Thai or Japanese (advantage plus), sufficient for business discussions, technical meetings, and documentation.
Strong experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot for back- end development.
Business- level English communication skills (mandatory).
Experience working in global or multicultural collaboration environments.
Experience in RDBMS- based system design and development.
Hands- on experience in RESTful API design and integration.
Experience with front- end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and at least one modern framework (React, Vue, or Angular).

Experience handling high- traffic systems or global service platforms.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.
Experience with Microservices Architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience in financial services (insurance or banking) digital channel development.
Domain knowledge of insurance digital channels, such as online policy enrollment, application, and customer portals.
