ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Live Payments is seeking a talented and experienced Full stack Developer to join our growing/ multi- national team. Reporting directly to our Vietnam based Team Leader, the Full stack Developer will work on developing and maintain our existing and future products.
Core duties include:
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend APIs to support application functionality.
Acquire and demonstrate in- depth knowledge of related systems and technologies.
Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as required to support team objectives.
Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure the reliability and quality of code.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including SRS and design documents.
Troubleshoot and resolve end- user issues and optimize automated processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify project requirements and recommend improvements.
Analyse system errors, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Develop and implement user interfaces using modern front- end technologies.
Required skills:
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and NestJS.
Practical experience with development tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
Strong expertise in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with relational databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
At least 3 years of proven experience in full- stack development within the information technology sector.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum.
Demonstrated problem- solving abilities, self- motivation, and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
Solid understanding of Object- Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and scalable software architectures.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
A proactive and adaptable approach to contributing within dynamic team environments.
Extensive knowledge of front- end development, including CSS and Material- UI.
Desired skills:
Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar.
Proficiency in implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Strong understanding of Service- Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices.
Hands- on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Lambda.
