Fullstack Mobile Developer (Ai / Llm Project)-Remote

About the Role
We are looking for a
Part- time Fullstack Developer
with strong English communication skills to join our team.
You will work on building a tool to:

Use LLM to update resumes based on job descriptions.
Present results in a mobile app with swipe- to- apply features.
Find product management internships and jobs.
Automate job search and application workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or custom scripts.
Mentor another team member on using these AI and automation tools effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop a mobile application (React Native / Flutter / iOS / Android) with swipe- to- apply features.
Build and maintain a tool to fetch and display internship/job opportunities.
Ensure smooth performance, data security, and user- friendly experience.
Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Llama) to analyze job descriptions and optimize resumes.
Collaborate with product and design teams, report progress regularly.
Build and maintain automation workflows to find and apply to internships/jobs (e.g., via APIs, n8n, or similar platforms).
Develop and manage web scrapers to collect job listings from various sources.
Support and mentor another developer in implementing AI and automation features.

Must Have

Experience building applications with at least one mobile framework (React Native or Flutter or iOS/Android).
2+ years of software development experience (including at least 2 years in mobile app development).
Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture and best practices (state management, performance optimization).
Backend development experience with Node.js or Python.
Ability to integrate APIs and work with external data sources.
Good English (reading JDs, technical docs, basic communication).
Hands- on experience integrating or building features with AI/LLM (OpenAI, Llama, etc.) in a real project.
Experience building automation workflows (e.g., with n8n, Zapier, or custom automation tools).
Experience developing or maintaining web scrapers (e.g., using Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
Ability and willingness to mentor another developer.
Self- driven, able to work part- time (20h /week)

Nice to Have

Full- stack development skills (backend + frontend/mobile).
Experience in startups or agile environments.
Portfolio / GitHub projects (especially involving AI/LLM or mobile apps).
Knowledge of database design, security, and performance optimization.

Salary: 10–15 million VND / month (gross) for 20h/week or Nego.
