Role Overview
We are seeking a technically sharp and business- savvy Fullstack Software Developer to support our sales team in Vietnam. This is a client- facing role, responsible for understanding customer challenges, shaping solutions, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. If you have experience working with enterprise software in regulated industries and thrive in a fast- paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Implementation

Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Java and modern web technologies
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post deployment phases
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
Support data migration, system integration, and legacy system transitions
Write clean, maintainable, and well- documented code following best practices

Client Engagement & Collaboration

Participate in technical discussions with clients to understand their IT operation challenges
Collaborate with Technical Solution Consultants/Business Analysts to translate client requirements into technical solutions
Provide technical guidance and product training to client teams (typically 3- 4 people)
Deliver onsite support when required for project implementations

Technical Skills Application

Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
Apply system analysis, design principles, and development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

Key Requirements
Experience & Education

Experience working on enterprise- level projects
Proven experience as a Software Developer/System Analyst in a system integration or enterprise IT environment
Proven track record of delivering fullstack applications
3–5 years of experience in presales & post sales, solution consulting, or enterprise IT architecture
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Technical Skills (Required)

API Development: RESTful API design and development, API integration experience
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Backend: Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)
Scripting & CI/CD: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
Database: Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Build Tools: Experience with Maven or Gradle
Frontend: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3
Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with DevSecOps tools (GitLab CI/CD, Sonatype Nexus, SonarQube)
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Methodologies & Frameworks

Strong understanding of system analysis, design principles, and development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

Language Proficiency

English: Must have (written and verbal)
Cantonese/Mandarin: Preferred

Self- motivated with strong attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Strong problem- solving and analytical thinking abilities
