Furniture Production white wood Manager

- Promptly Report to the Board of Director problems arising in the white wood deparment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of employees&039; performance, of sections/ teams&039; activities of the production department.
- Handle all defective products or faulty machinery detected during operation.
- Control the quality of goods according to drawings, structures and delivery schedules.
- Keep working environment safe, clean, neat and tidy.
- Responsible for managing the entire white wood factory.
- Have corrective actions/ measures to prevent the recurrence of quality issues.
- Control and approve Purchase Requests (materials, spare- parts, tools, machinery, equipment) required by the production department&039;s sections/ teams.
- Propose, decide on the use, improvement and maintenance of machinery and equipment to achieve safety, quality, high productivity and cost reduction.
- Ask employees to work overtime (if need be)
- Propose transfer, promotion, demotion, discipline, training, recruitment suitable/ reasonable personnel.
- Implement monthly production plans for each production team, manager and employee
- Closely coordinate rhythmic with the relevant departments to get feedback throughout.

- Manage the administrative work of the department&039;s personnel.

- Deploy and monitor KPIs for each team. Monitor and evaluate the results reported to BOD
